Personal Relationships

Many personal relationships can be found to be difficult when the person is affected by stressors he/she has experienced in his/her life. They might be stressors experienced many years ago or just last week. The person or persons involved find themselves not understanding the reactions of others or not understanding their own reactions when in certain circumstances. As we are potentially in relationship with every other human-being on the planet, it becomes essential to find better ways to cope. Our difficulties may be with our husband, wife, partner, other family member, our children, parent(s), friends, employers, neighbours, etc. Such difficulties can lead to feelings of anxiety or even depression.
